Complete (Close-Out)

About the Complete (Close-Out) Stage

The completion stage is a mandatory final stage and is required for all MOCs. Once all non-critical implementation requirements, action items and notification sign-offs are complete, the originator is assigned the Complete task on their Frontline desktop in the MOC tab. The originator conducts a final review of the MOC before closing out the change. Once the MOC is closed it is moved to the MOC > Completed folder for future retrieval and review.

Below are the guidelines for the Complete (Close-Out) Stage:

  • The originator is the only person that can complete (close-out) an MOC.
  • An MOC cannot be completed until all non-critical implementation requirements, non-critical action items and Send Notice sign-offs have been completed.
  • A green check is shown next to the Complete task if an MOC can be completed.
  • A red X is shown next to the Complete task if an MOC cannot be completed.
